The raw material from the Spern Steiner vineyard, with its excellent potential, gave the wine its deep ruby red colour and concentrated nose, dominated by black-fleshed fruit, noble oak aromas, barrel spices, tobacco, bitter chocolate and rum cherries. The taste is full and layered, with a dense weave and almost creamy texture. Exceptionally rich and complex aromatics characterise this Blue Frankish, which shows the original face of the grape in the most natural way possible.
