Born from the Steiger vineyard, this is the winery’s lighter-styled Velteliner, with a bright greenish yellow hue and a very fresh nose, mainly of grapefruit, lime and fresh herbs. The taste continues with freshness, purity and juicy citrus fruitiness, made even more refreshing by a crisp acidity and a very fino-manic subtle carbonation. Its lively and intense flavours are supported by a precise reduction process and fine maturation on lees. On the finish, it has really good proportions, a nice varietal character, a hint of exciting astringency and a relatively long aromatic persistence.
