SPRN Red is also a blend of 40% Blue Frankishc, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvingon. A lighter red wine that can serve well in spring and summer, even a little chilled. It is a full, layered red wine that is also softer.

The proportions and technology are as follows. 40% blue franc, the other 60% is made up of three varieties listed: pinot noir, syrah and cabernet sauvignon.

Each variety is harvested, fermented and matured separately. The ageing process is as follows: 2/3 in steel tanks and 1/3 in well-established 500 litre barrels. Before bottling, they were blended in the proportions we liked best. We hope you will like it too.

Made as an entry level red wine, it doesn’t want to look like anything more, but it has a very small filigree structure. Each variety adds to its structure, showing how we imagine our everyday red wine, which is an unusual Sopron red wine.
