Our wine has flavours of dark berries, especially blackcurrant, and deep aromas of spicy pepper. With ageing, additional secondary aromas such as eucalyptus, mint, vanilla and possibly tobacco can develop.

The aromas and flavours have been refined through barrel ageing.
