It was like something from Grandpa’s walled cellar. A rosé made from our limited-yield Blue Frankish from the Gauer vineyard. 4 hours of maceration, spontaneous fermentation, 7 months of ageing in fine lees. 50% barrel 50% tank. Total 600 bottles produced. Bottled without clarification and filtration, minimum sulphur, minimum intervention. Cellar cold shows itself best.
