Vincellér Wine Estate
The Vincellér Winery, founded by Tibor Molnár the elder, Pál Pieler and István Sásdi. They first made wine in 1986. Tibor Molnár the younger took over the vineyard in 2011 and currently cultivates 27 hectares of vines. The selection is based on four grape varieties.
The white wines and rosés are made in steel tanks after an early harvest in a refrigerated environment, while some of the red wines are aged for longer periods, mostly in 500-litre wooden barrels.
Vincellér Winery has built up two main brands in recent years: the lighter base wines, made with varietal yeast in tanks, are marketed under the Vincellér name; while the premium category wines are aged in barrels and known as Molnár Titi Selection.
The processing plant is located in Fertőboz, with a cosy wine bar and wine cellar, where wine tasting is also available by prior arrangement. In addition to Fertőboz, they are also present in Sopron with a wine-shop, but their wines are also available in the national wine trade and are also sold to export markets such as Poland.
