Taschner Wine and Champagne House

The Taschner Wine and Champagne House farms on 26 hectares, most of the estate is located on the shores of Lake Fertő. In terms of winemaking, the Blue Frankish and Irsai Olivér grape varieties play a significant role, while the chamapgne production is based on the Chardonney and Pinor Meunier varieties. Taschner winery is mainly known for its fresh white wines and rosés, but also offers a wide range of red wines.

The owner, Kurt Taschner, has poncichter ancestry who has always farmed grapes. Following this tradition, he founded his winery in 1997 and created his first own wine in 2000. The wine and champagne house, built in 2004, is a processing plant that meets all technological needs, as well as an excellent wine tasting room and vinotheque. Groups of up to 64 people are welcome by previous reservation.

Taschner wines and sparkling wines are also available in wine shops, gastronomy, hypermarkets and supermarkets, but they also can be found at local wine events and at VOLT Festival.
