Bónis-Reitter Winery

The devoted love for wine and winemaking runs through several generations in our family, making it a natural choice to carry on this heritage in the way our grandfathers taught us, enriched with the most modern knowledge. Our first ‘new generation’ wines came from the 2014 vintage, marking the launch of our winery in its current form with a fresh image and reimagined technology.

Gradually, we transitioned to natural cultivation, preserving the unique character and fruity flavors of our wines through gentle pressing, extended aging on lees, and minimal racking. Our winery is housed in the centuries-old, historic Pálos Cellar. This unique, vaulted structure serves as a venue where we welcome guests, offering not only a taste of our wines but also an insight into the history of the cellar, our winery, and the art of winemaking.
