Gastronomic representatives, sommeliers and wine merchants visited our wine region. A memorable start to the morning was the Kocsis Winery’s UAZ tour of the wine region. During the tour, we showed the hidden treasures of the Sopron wine region in an unconventional way that few people have ever seen. In the meantime, of course, our guests had the opportunity to taste excellent wines.
As a continuation of the Study tour, guests enjoyed the modern, renewed venue of the Hotel Sopron and the delicious food of the ZAKAnT Restaurant, accompanied by the finest wines of Sopron.
The afternoon then continued with a walking tasting, where 13 exhibitors from the Sopron Wine Route Association presented around 100 wines.
Among the exhibiting wineries were Bónis-Reitter Winery, Fényes Cellar, Gangl Winery, Hermann Winery, Jandl Cellar, Lővér Cellar, Pfneiszl Estate, Steigler Cellar, Stubenvoll Cellar, Taschner Wine and Sparkling Wine House, Töltl Winery, Vincellér Winery Fertőboz and Winelife Winery.
