Pinot Blanc and Blue Frankish are the two main grape varieties of the winery, but there are also Irsai Olivers, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot and a real speciality of experimental character: the Roesler variety, which is bred from Blue Frankish and Zweigelt.<\/p>\n<p>They focus on chemical-free, natural farming. That is why they are constantly experimenting with the collaboration of renowned and prestigious grape breeders to find new species resistant to fungal diseases.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6ltl Cellar&#8217;s light, fruity and straightforward wines are not only sold in Sopron, but can also be found in Budapest and Vienna.
