Pale straw yellow colour. The aroma is dominated by stone fruits such as pear, apricot and yellow apple. Fresh acidity and citrusy astringency dominate the wine, along with medium-rich alcohol and body. An acidic batch that calls for food. It has dynamics with a hint of tartness, almonds and nuts lurking behind.
